These terms and conditions govern your use of the ISTRM website at istrm.org and any membership, programme or service you purchase from us. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
ISTRM (the International Society of Short-Term Rental Management) is a professional body for the short-term rental industry, operated by its founding team in the United Kingdom. For any queries, contact us at contact@istrm.org.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site in any way that breaches applicable law, is fraudulent, or infringes the rights of any third party. All content on this website is the intellectual property of ISTRM and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
ISTRM memberships are sold on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Payment is taken at the point of purchase and on each renewal date thereafter. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new membership from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed any member-only digital content. If you have accessed digital content, your right to cancel may be waived.
The CSRM programme is delivered via our online portal. Access is granted to a single named individual and is tied to a single device. Sharing access credentials or attempting to access the programme from multiple devices is not permitted and may result in access being revoked without refund.
The CSRM credential is awarded upon successful completion of all 16 modules and their assessments. ISTRM reserves the right to update programme content and assessment standards as the industry evolves.
By purchasing the CSRM programme, you agree to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is waived upon accessing the first module. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 48 hours at contact@istrm.org and we will resolve it.
All content within the CSRM programme, including frameworks, methodologies, assessments, and written materials, is the intellectual property of ISTRM. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any programme content without prior written consent.
ISTRM provides educational content and professional development resources. Nothing on this website or within the CSRM programme constitutes financial, legal, or business advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISTRM is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or any programme content.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site or your membership after changes constitutes acceptance.
